The Go-To App and website serve as a centralized platform connecting residents of the Cayman Islands with local vendors. It acts as a one-stop shop for sourcing talent across the three islands. Users can directly request services from vendors or post tasks, prompting quotes from all vendors in the relevant category. With over 60 service categories available, users can easily find the right business for their needs. All vendors are verified with valid business licenses, and filtering options include service type and physical location. Users can view vendor profiles, select services, set dates and times, and proceed to checkout. For projects or tasks requiring multiple quotes, users can ‘Post a Task,’ providing details, photos, location, budget, and bidding deadline. Vendors receive real-time notifications for bidding projects, allowing them to inquire about project details and submit bids. The platform’s admin monitors all conversations, retaining the right to block users or vendors for inappropriate content. Users and vendors can report conversations, triggering a review by the administrator.
