Zah, an innovative platform, facilitates cryptocurrency users in seamlessly connecting wallets and acquiring gift cards using Zah’s proprietary tokens. Initially conceived as an idea, Zah emerged with the vision of offering users an alternative method, beyond fiat, for purchasing gift cards. To transform this vision into reality, Zah partnered with Kryptomind, leveraging their expertise in product design and development. Kryptomind was entrusted with tasks ranging from research and UI design to the development of intricate platform components, providing solutions, and suggesting optimal strategies based on their wealth of experience.
Platform Launch and Adoption:
Objective: Successfully launch the Zah platform and encourage widespread adoption among cryptocurrency users.
Rationale: Drive user engagement and establish Zah as a preferred solution for purchasing gift cards with cryptocurrencies.
Seamless Integration and User Experience:
Objective: Ensure the seamless integration of cryptocurrency wallets on the Zah platform and provide a user-friendly experience.
Rationale: Enhance accessibility and usability, making the process of connecting wallets and purchasing gift cards straightforward and efficient.

Objective: Forge a strategic and productive partnership with Kryptomind for the development, design, and optimization of the Zah platform.
Rationale: Leverage Kryptomind’s expertise to tackle early-stage venture challenges, ensuring the successful realization of Zah’s vision and goals.
Solution:
Our partnership started with an idea of a decentralized platform, during which Cryptokara’s team had a meeting with our project manager and one of our senior developers to uncover their needs and expectations. Sorting out priorities allowed us to proceed with wireframes and designs, which laid the foundations for smooth development.
Next, we put together a cross-functional team whose task was to build a complex yet scalable system. Cooperating with the client, our developers have created an application that brings the vision to life.
The desktop application makes an essential part of Zah’s platform, as it supports different operating systems and facilitates different crypto wallets as well.
Among the most prominent project challenges, there’ve been load tests, which – due to their complexity – required the creation of a dedicated tool.
To achieve the best results possible, we stay flexible in terms of the adopted workflow. Kryptomind’s development team works hand in hand with Zah. Simultaneously, we don’t refrain from suggesting improvements related to the adopted tech solutions and time and effort management. We also proactively consult with CryptoKara’s Product Managers about requirements for features yet to come. As far as our daily job is concerned, we follow Scrum, organize our work into two-week sprints, and use tools like ClickUp or Slack to ensure full transparency.
