Case Study

What we did

Senoa (SNO) is a technology business based in North America that operates a decentralized social network and asset exchange. Senoa’s deflationary token is based on the Binance Chain (BSC), while the Polkadot Chain powers the social network and trading. Using fundamental pillars, the Senoa social network and exchange provide a dynamic link between DEFI, NFT, and the actual world. The social network is intended to deploy numerous decentralized financial protocols, allowing investors to access a diverse range of goods and services, including illiquid assets.

Business parameters can be adjusted through the democratic governance

Senoa Tokens benefit from a deflationary economic model, in which their value may grow over time as supply is gradually depleted via transaction fees.

Asset Protection

The Senoa Platform’s distinguishing and unique feature is that it is backed by tangible, real-world assets such as Precious Metals and Real Estate and rare, unique, and one-of-a-kind digital assets, all of which are highly liquid and easily monetized in the instance of a needs.

The Senoa Platform is built on transparency, providing Token Holders with open and unrestricted access to its results, financial records, and the composition and value of its Assets; this includes the real-time status of the Senoa Token’s locked and in-circulation supply, as well as a history of Token destruction caused by smart contracts or other means.

Synergy Creates Strength

The Senoa Platform distinguishes itself from other deflationary models by being an actual marketplace. Unlike other deflationary models, which primarily focus on issuing and selling their tokens with only a minimal monetization model and possibly one product or service to promote, the Senoa Platform is an actual marketplace.

Business Challenges we faced

Choose an Appropriate Token Model:

Our primary objective was to determine the most relevant fundraising approach (despite the fact that our first plan was to employ the ICO model) while taking into account the following factors:
To comply with the US legal framework and pay dividends to investors, tokens should be openly traded.

Conduct A Careful Examination of the Regulations:

To ensure that the Security Token is accessible to the public and is not disallowed by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), we researched the following areas:
Regulation D of the Securities and Exchange Commission governs private placements of stock.
Regulation A, which governs public securities offers
Different types of legal entities that crowdfunding companies may use.
